Jenna Panucci is a dedicated Cintas partner who is ready to take the next steps in her already successful career with a company she loves.
Jenna has been a Cintas partner since 2021. She started at Location 13 in Pittsburgh, PA as a facility services rep where she achieved President’s Club within her rookie year. She was a sales Captain and mentor and helped a number of partners at the location and in the ECG develop into successful reps. She graduated from being an FS rep, and took on the promotion of Uniforms before transitioning to leadership.
Jenna was promoted to Market Sales Manager at Location 310 in Youngstown, Ohio and has spent the past 2 years developing the future of the Cintas rental organization.
Jenna's brand has always been synonymous with professionalism and winning. She continues to bring on excellent talent, exceed her projection goals and give back to the culture of the NEECG through continuious training and mentorship.
WHAT LEADERSHIP MEANS
When Jenna first took the role in Youngstown, she was told “congrats you’re the manager- now go impact their lives” and that has always stuck with her. Jenna truly believes that is the calling of a great leader: to be able to influence positive behaviors and teach the skillset to make impacts while guiding them to be wildly successful and provide better for their families. Simply put: leadership is a gift and a privilege.
Jenna is the leader she is today because of her upbringing. Life has taught her that things will be tough, you will take unexpected hits but if you keep going, hold yourself accountable and then others around you, you will WIN.
Jenna most believes in being a visionary leader, painting that picture for others of what could be if we do the right things and live in that culture day in and day out. She comes from a story of “YES” here at Cintas. Yes, to hitting PC in her rookie year, yes to bigger assignments, yes to moving locations, yes to taking on the additional assignments. She has ALWAYS said yes to Cintas, and it has served her well.
