BUILDING A FAMILY TREE OF HER OWN
Jenna has been mentoring partners at Cintas for years. She has interacted with reps across the organization virtually and in-person. To finally be able to have a team of her own has been a gift.
Jenna not only is responsible for a headcount of 9 but she feels responsible for Cintas partners much further than the sales pit in Youngstown.
There have absolutely been partners that have fallen off the family tree by way of turnover. At 48% Jenna recognizes this is a high number and leans into it. Most of Jenna's underperforming reps are no longer with the organization and after pouring into them, adverse to coaching, Youngstown is better for it.
Jenna will always reward and nurture effort when a rep demonstraights the will.
