THE FUTURE OF THE ECG
In FY'27, Pete Santorelli has chosen the theme "Level Up" and will be calling his team "Professionally Savage." To echo that theme, under Jenna Panucci's leadership, the ECG has committed to.....
LEADERSHIP STYLE AND EXECUTIVE RELATIONSHIPS
A VISIONARY AND SERVANT LEADER
Jenna Panucci is fortunate to join a team with executive relationships that she has known for the better part of her Cintas career. Jenna will be an asset to the team, and the leadership team will have little to no issue adopting Jenna into the fold.
Nicole Testa- Rental Sales Training Director ECG
Jenna and Nicole have been close colleagues since Jenna first came to Cintas in 2021. Nicole quickly took Jenna under her wing and helped train Jenna in her early years. The two are like-minded parters where they can separate work from play and not let the business effect their outside relationship. Jenna and Nicole would be an excellent duo in running the ECG, as they have dreamt about for years. Nicole's strong will, data digestion and knowledge of the business pair perfectly with Jenna's EQ, exquisite ability to build rapport with partners and prospects alike, and creativity. They make a lethal pair. Jenna is ecstatic to be Nicole's professional partner in the ECG.
Nick Altomare- Rental Sales Training Director NEG
Nick Altomare has always been a mentor to Jenna. When she first came to Cintas, Jenna had the pleasure of meeting Nick as the Rental Director of the ECG. Knowing she always wanted to be in leadership, Jenna took extensive notes on how Nick carried himself and his knowledge in both FS and Uniform. When Jenna made the jump to uniforms, it was a resume and a pedigree like Nick's that made her easily say "YES". A man whose reputation proceeds him, Jenna has always kept Nick Altomare close and looks forward to cross pollinating ideas with him to make the region a powerhouse.
Brad Campagna- Rental Sales Director NEG
Jenna did not meet Brad Campagna until later in her career but when the two met it was like looking in a mirror. Jenna was immediately attracted to Brad's fast-pace, no-nonsense demeanor, skills that she recognizes in herself but also knows when to soften. Brad has immense knowledge of all things rental. Jenna attributes small but vital aspects of her sales manager career to Brad from written exceptions to partner conversations, and aspects of running the numbers. Jenna is extremely fortunate to have learned from Brad and knows that relationship will not stop. She is excited to continue to learn from Brad as his counterpart in the ECG.
Pete Santorelli- VP of Sales NEECG
Jenna had the pleasure of meeting Pete through trusted coworkers and the pair have had an incredibly open and honest relationship since day one. Never afraid to give one another feedback [solicited or not] they always have one another's best interests in mind. Jenna has had the opportunity to benchmark with Pete on numerous occasions, host executive visits and trainings with Pete and yet she always finds herself the student with new self-teachable moments. Jenna is excited to continue an open relationship built on trust and transparency with Pete while still holding her to incredibly high standards. She realizes how fortunate she is to be on a leadership team with one of the company's youngest VPs to date. She's ready to continue to make Pete proud as a more vital part of his team.
It's time the ECG gets back to the root of why were at Cintas: to make money, expand our careers, and have fun doing it! With the leadership of both Pete Santorelli and Nicole Testa well cemented in the region, it's time to "Turn Up the Volume" and crank our accountability to 10, in all that we do.
Time to look the part of a professional savage to the point where other divisions want to be US!
The managers are no longer in their rookie years. All know the expectations of the role; the time is now to perform.
VISION FOR THE ECG
Jenna is passionate about results and rep ramp up, especially in the first 18 months of being with Cintas. While looking forward to a new performance matrix in FY’27, Jenna would like to spearhead an “Underground 1950 Club.”
The vision for this club is to aid partners and managers who are struggling to achieve $1,950 per quarter. There will be heavy examination on the Four Pieces of effort for both reps and managers. These examinations will pair with Friday SRIT training director topics as well as pocket trainings. Jenna is passionate that this will be a “no partner left behind” approach where if a good culture fit is giving effort and the outputs are taking a bit longer, they will be nurtured into success.
Jenna envisions a market that is winning: lives it, breaths it, is obsessed with it. The ECG managers are too top heavy, and it is time we distribute the weight equally and evenly.
Our managers could use a level up approach as well. The tight-knit group that is the ECG should also want to win day in and day out.
An "acing the basics for managers" would be something that Jenna would love to implement. Topics can include but are not limited to avoiding audits, partner identification, as well as maximizing new business and location growth in 5 easy steps. This should be delegated and taught by our top 10% of managers assisted by the director team. With their sphere of influence, Nikki and Jenna are able to easily reach 80% of the ECG within 1-3 hours. Additional pocket trainings for reps and managers will be doable and should happen every other quarter.
